Services Terms and Conditions

Typically, for contracts and maintenance services involving companies, we establish a service agreement between the two parties. Both oral and written service statements within this agreement are considered valid.

Mosseal is not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that arise from the misuse of our products and services. We do not provide any warranties, expressed or implied, for the quality of our services on a case-by-case basis.

For companies, all payments must be made promptly in accordance with our payment terms. Failure to make timely payments could lead to the suspension or termination of contract maintenance services. For residential clients, all payments must be made upon completion; otherwise, a police report will be filed on the same day.

The cost of on-site installation charges applies only to the agreed-upon date with our planner. Mosseal Mosquito Net makes every effort to deliver our insect screen installation services promptly. Any changes to the scheduled date must be communicated in advance; otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for additional transportation fees.

Mosseal Insect Screen or mosquito net does not accept returns or provide refunds after installation, except in cases of product quality issues, to ensure fairness to both parties.

Mosseal Insect Screen guarantees that our services, as outlined in our service agreement contract, will be of acceptable quality and suitable for their intended purposes. We do not offer any warranties beyond those specified in the service agreement.

Any modification or repair of the insect screen or mosquito net from us will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If it’s a product issue within the warranty period, it will be fully covered under our care. However, if the issue is due to human factors, it will not be covered in our service agreement, and any modifications will be charged accordingly.

Mosseal Mosquito Net and Insect Screen reserves the right to terminate any user’s Services Terms and Conditions at any time without notice if we discover any illegal activity occurring within the services.

In the event of an on-site job cancellation, the deposit amount will not be refunded if the cancellation is due to the client changing their mind or other similar issues.
